Return and Refund Policy

DigitalFocusPro offers a 30-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals and proof of purchase.

Items that are damaged, used, missing parts, missing original packaging, or returned without approval may not be accepted for a refund.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank, card provider or payment service may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and help with the correct solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for items that are used, altered, damaged by the customer, missing original parts, or returned after the 30-day return period.
