Cancellation Policy

Customers may request an order cancellation after placing an order, but cancellation is not guaranteed once order processing or shipping has started.

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Incorrect Order Details

Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong shipping address, phone number, email address or product selection. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after processing or shipping begins.

DigitalFocusPro may cancel an order if payment is not authorized, product information is incorrect, stock is unavailable, shipping details are incomplete, fraud/security checks fail, or the order cannot be completed.
